Walking around in the court yard

"Uh, nothing," he said, quickly looking away and humming nervously to himself.

I laughed then started humming to another random song.

He laughed properly. "Oh, we're quite good at this!"

I smiled and saw my black cat Salem jump on my lap. "Hey buddy." I said rubbing his ear. He looked at me then at Saku then ran off. "Hm...what's up with him?"

"Cats don't like vampires. It's a shame; I quite like them." He sat down next to her - quite close - and sighed.

He sat down close to me. "Oh. Didn't know that." I said. I looked away and blushed at how close he was to me.

"Mmm, like I said, it's a shame..." He bit his lip, glancing at her every so often.

I smiled and laid my head against the bark of the tree.

"You have nice hair," he said suddenly, noticing a strand of it falling onto his shoulder.

"Thanks. I can change the color whenever I want, I'm a metamorphigus." I said to him. "I like my natural color though."

"So you could look like anything I - I mean - you wanted to?" he asked, winking to show it was a joke. "So you could be a dizzy blonde and a bookish brunette?" he continued, still joking with her.

I laughed. "Yes I could. Me and my three best friends can all change our appereances."

"Three of you?!" he said incredulously. "Wow, imagine the fun I could have with you guys," he murmured, still teasing her, a dreamy expression crossing his face.

"There's four accutally." I said to him smiling and laughing.

"Sorry, my mistake. When my mind's preoccupied with those kind of thoughts, my maths isn't too good," he apologised, grinning.

"What's your mind preoccupied with?" I asked him.

"You don't want to know," he murmured, but he couldn't keep the pretence up for long, and after a few seconds he started to laugh.

"Tell me." I said to him. "Please."

"No!" he said quickly, the slight blush returning to his face.

"Please Saku." I said with a cute, pouting face.

He was caught slightly off-guard by her expression. "Don't...don't do that to me!" he said shakily.

"Aw come on Saku. Please tell me."

He resumed his patronising, posh tone. "It's not for the ears of a young lady..."

"Hey, I'm not that young." I said to him.

"Younger than me," he corrected. "And I guess you are a lady...?" he teased again.
