Sitting by the lake

Aurora was sitting on a blanket close to the lake with a book. She put the book down and looked out at the ocean with her head resting on her knees. "Nice day out." She said and wished someone would talk to her.

"Yeah, it is." I said from behind her.

"Oh, hi. Your name is Kenji right?" I asked him.

"Sure is. You don't mind if I sit down, do you?"

"Nope, go ahead." I said to him smiling.

"Thanks." I said as I sat down. "ISo how is you day going?" I said, trying to make conversation.

"Eh, so good so far." I said to him. "How's yours going? I heard you and Jazz are going out. She's a nice girl, likes to help a lot. Just, don't let her near Cho Change...unless you want to witness a fight." I said to him with a little laugh.

"Mine is going good. Finished my homework so I don't have to worry about that. Why would she and Cho fight? Do they just not get along?"

"Uh..I don't really know what happened, it could be that. You'd have to ask Keri. Jazz won't talk about it." She said to him shrugging her shoulders. "Cho likes to make Jazz feel low, and Jazz won't take it. So either a duel or something starts up between them."

"I'll have to remember that. Maybe Cho is just jealous of Jazz. She is very beautiful."

"Maybe, Cho was always kind of conceited." I said shrugging my shoulders.

"I never met the girl so I wouldn't know. This is my first year at Hogwarts actually even though I'm in my 4th year."

"Oh, I know. I'm in my sixth year, and I've never seen you around." she said to him. "Cho is in my year."

"Hi Ronnie, Hi Kenji." I said smiling at the two people. I sat down next to them.

"Hey Jazz." she said smiling.
